What a bloody mess. A referendum on such a complex matter was the height of utter stupidity. Even Thatcher said we were better in than out. It has to be said that it is a very expensive bloated bureaucracy however, better to try and reorganise it whilst in it. There always was freedom of labour/movement for the original member states. There have been Italians, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Greeks, Greek Cypriots etc working in the UK since the 1930s. I never needed a visa when I worked in the Netherlands in 1974. Over 50% of immigrants come from outside the EU over which we have always had control. Successive governments should have done their job properly. The whole thing should be cancelled.

It's rather like history has branched into a reality that no-one expected and the majority of British (in the UK and ex-pats) don't want. I feel like I'm in the 'wrong film' as they say here. Oh to have a 'probability machine' and be able to travel to a timeline where Brexit never happened!!!

What a mess based on lies and an illegal vote that was only advisory. They have less people in Burssels than in a lot of councils in the UK! It costs very little per person to be a member and we reap such a lot of rewards. I blame Cameron and his ilk for this, over confident they could win and did not sell the positives of the EU enough!
My personal retirement plans in a couple of years looks like they are out the window, I hope a miracle will happen and they stop playing chicken with our futures and stop the arrogance of thinking the EU 'needs us more than we need them' attitude and cave in so they can have their cake and eat it.
Talk about letting the idiots rule the asylum!
