Germany’s capital Berlin has topped a list of major European cities for best clean air practices meant to decrease soot and other particulate pollution.
The German environment protection organisation <i>Deutsche Umwelthilfe</i> has declared controversial zones restricting traffic in urban areas highly successful in the fight against particulate matter air pollution.
