Finding a job in Germany is not easy for foreign residents. Share your experiences and frustrations with our readers as well as your best advice. Take our two minute survey.

From around Europe and beyond, lots of people who immigrate to Germany do so to look for employment or start a job.

But there are clues that doing so might be getting more difficult: recent reports show that unemployment in Germany has been slowly rising, and the German Employment Agency as well as job portals like Indeed suggest the number of vacant positions is down.
