Ministers approved a new bill that will overhaul citizenship rules and permit dual nationality in Germany on Wednesday - marking a major step forward for one of the government's flagship reforms.

Very exciting news! Is it clear what sort of government support bars one from citizenship? An article on this would be useful. For example, presumably Hartsvier would be an example but would normal Arbeitslosengeld?
