"Stefan Zimmer, spokesman for the initiative "Klimaneustart Berlin," said that specific sanctions had not been included due to time constraints." I had to chuckle at ^this^ statement. Time constraints might see Berlin completely in the dark (i.e. no electricity available) if this referendum wins support. Is there time to build a new nuclear power station by 2030, to replace the existing power supplies?
