I had the instance where the train left 45 min earlier due to repairs but no notification was provided. Moreover the push notifications said the train was On Time, and no alternative journey was offered. When requesting compensation DB rejected the request and now when I comment to my German colleagues and friends they can't believe how bad is that you lose money not because the train is delayed but now because the train leaves earlier.
