There will be a lot of angry German (and other residents) if the government reneges on their promise not to lockdown the vaccinated. We are all to be punished for the stupid actions of some people. Let the hospitals fill up. If an unvaccinated person gets COVID and needs care, screw them. If a person needs specialized care in a hospital and the bed is filled with a unvaccinated COVID patient, unhook them and wheel them out to the curb. You made your bed, now sleep in it! The unvaccinated are beyond selfish.

The last handbrake they tried lasted 7 months. They cant expect us to go though that again.

Shame on you for comparing a vaccination mandate to anything in Germany's dark past. The unvaccinated are recklessly endangering themselves and others, and should be fined every week they continue to be unvaccinated. You're the one not showing any human compassion, and you're also bordering on Holocaust denial/minimization by making these false equivalences. That's also a very misleading summary of the Lancet article since it's only about transmission within the household. Families generally have very close contact and share most of their germs with each other, so that's hardly something you can generalize to society at large, unless you're kissing every stranger you share space with.

Shame on you for comparing a vaccination mandate to the holocaust. Its you that is disgusting. Yes, its true that vaccinated people can transmit the virus - but for a far shorter time period compared to unvaccinated people. They are also much less likely to get infected in the first place; on this measure alone they are much less likely to transmit the virus (if you dont have the virus, you cannot give it to others). 90% of people in ICUs are unvaccinated. These people are unnecessarily taking up beds and ICUs when they should be available to other people that could not avoid being ill. SELFISH and totally IRRESPONSIBLE. I have no tolerance for anti vaxxers. You need to be forced to take the vaccine or totally locked down. Either is fine by me.

Why would anyone show compassion to those selfishly choosing not to get vaccinated, and as a result are filling up hospital beds and forcing vaccinated to give up their freedom? Also, perhaps you need some comprehension skills as the article you linked clearly indicates that vaccinated individuals have a lower risk of infection and faster recovery... meaning vaccinated are infectious for less time.
