In Germany it seems common, when paying with a card, That the bill will arrive with the exact amount of the bill and no space to add a tip. How is one supposed to up the amount charged to one's credit card when the bill does not leave room to add a tip?

Don´t forget to tip 10% for the mediocre and somewhat unfriendly service you receive. It´s what is expected of you...Uffff
